Amgen AmBER collection

Recently, the USC Stevens Center for Innovation entered an agreement with Amgen, Inc. allowing USC investigators to have access to Amgen materials described in the Amgen Biology Enabling Resource (AmBER) catalog, including small molecules, peptides, cells, proteins and hybridomas.  To help USC investigators interrogate the small molecules in the catalog, the Choi Family Therapeutic Screening Facility has requested the entire 188 molecule collection, stored on site. The 188 compounds include 128 kinase inhibitors with known targets and 60 Amgen patent compounds. Anyone interested in screening this library is welcome to contact us.
